Travel Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Regional & Remote Australia
Employment Type: Casual/Fixed-Term

Role Overview

As a Travel Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care in regional and remote aged care and community settings. You will work across a variety of facilities, supporting residents and clients with complex health needs while adapting quickly to new environments and teams.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with AHPRA standards and organisational policies
Perform clinical assessments, care planning and evaluation
Administer medications and treatments safely
Monitor and respond to changes in resident/client condition
Provide wound care, chronic disease management and palliative support as required
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support care staff

About the Role:

Lead clinical quality and governance across the aged care facility
Oversee best-practice dementia care and support clinical teams in delivering outstanding, person-centred care

As a Domestic Assistance team member you will help maintain a hygienic and welcoming environment for our aged care clients, whether in clients’ homes or aged care facilities. Your contribution will support the health, wellbeing and comfort of older people every day

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning tasks in resident/client rooms, common areas, bathrooms and kitchens
Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust hard floors, carpets, surfaces and furniture
Maintain hygiene and infection control standards, following correct procedures and PPE usage
Restock consumables such as soap, hand sanitiser, paper towels and bin liners
Empty bins and manage waste disposal safely
Assist with light laundry tasks (sorting, washing, folding) when required
Report hazards, maintenance issues or concerns promptly
Provide respectful and friendly interaction with clients while maintaining privacy and dignity

What We are Looking For

A genuine passion for helping older people and a respectful, caring attitude
